چکیده
The crop rotation periodicity has always been a concern of agricultural researchers. This study was the first investigation on effects long-term continuous cultivation with rice/cherry tomato soil microbial community diversity. main objective to analyze optimal years from micro-ecology perspective so as provide theoretical basis for effectively avoiding cropping obstacles cherry tomato. Soil samples were collected surface layers rotations 1 year (1a), 3 (3a), 5 (5a), 7 (7a) and 10 (10a). diversity determined via high-throughput sequencing. results showed that alpha communities highest at 5a then gradually decreased during 10a. Beta revealed structure significantly different among 1a, 3a 7a 10a, but there no clear differences 3a, 7a. abundances beneficial bacteria Gemmatimonadetes, Bacteroidetes, Chloroflexi, Nitrospirae fungi Mortierella, Trichoderma, Penicillium or Those pathogenic Fusarium Aspergillus lowest 7a, respectively. However, relative above-mentioned microorganisms began decline, while those increase after available phosphorus, iron zinc common important factors affecting fungi, indicated by significant positive correlations between environmental communities. In conclusion, decline micro-ecological balance broken continuously planting rotation, which would lead new obstacles.

In vitro flowering and fruiting were induced in plants regenerated from calli of leaf explants of Lycopersicon esculentum var. Pant 11. MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/l BAP displayed the best response followed by MS with 2 mg/l BAP, 1 mg/ l ABA and 0.5 mg/l IAA. Flower buds were developed both directly from callus and regenerated plantlets from leaf explants under 16 h (39.3 μmol m-2s-1) phot...
متن کاملEffect of Long-Term Paddy-Upland Yearly Rotations on Rice (Oryza sativa) Yield, Soil Properties, and Bacteria Community Diversity
A 10-year-long field trial (between 2001 and 2010) was conducted to investigate the effect of paddy-upland rotation on rice yield, soil properties, and bacteria community diversity. Six types of paddy-upland crop rotations were evaluated: rice-fallow (control; CK), rice-rye grass (RR), rice-potato with rice straw mulches (RP), rice-rapeseed with straw incorporated into soil at flowering (ROF), ...
متن کاملGrowth and Physiological Responses of Tomato (lycopersicon Esculentum Mill.) to Simulated Acid Rain
This investigation was undertaken to ascertain the effect of simulated acid rain (SAR) on growth, yield and physiological parameters of tomato. SAR exposure (pH 3.0 and 4.0) caused white-to-tan spots on the abaxial and adaxial surface of tomato leaves. SAR exposure at pH 3.0 and 4.0 significantly suppressed pigment synthesis, shoot and root dry weights and yield of tomato. The effects were more...

متن کاملDevelopment and Validation of QuEChERS Method for Estimation of Propamocarb Residues in Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) and Soil
An easy, simple and efficient analytical method was standardized and validated for the estimation of residues of propamocarb in tomato and soil. QuEChERS method included extraction of the sample with ethyl acetate and cleanup by treatment with PSA and graphatised carbon. Final clear extracts of ethyl acetate were concentrated under vacuum to almost dryness and reconstituted into hexane. The res...
